... refused to go without him. She was always very loyal to him. We went through some low times when I was growing up. We often didn't have that much money, especially to get new luxuries such as new luggage or chocolate. When I was young, we suffered a little, but both my parents' degree of love never changed, and although we didn't have much money, they still got me small gifts every once in a while. Truthfully, I didn't even know that we had been poor until I was much older. But my father got lucky when I was about eight years old, and he got a wonderful job, that set us on the right track. Yet, I was always a gifted singer. I was only about five when my mot ...
... to be part of that family. I can even remember developing the attitude that I was already a Milnerite, a misconception I was forced to reconsider(1) after requesting a hall jacket and being turned down and(2) by the hall name that I was recently given. Tonight I want to thank all involved for giving this VAGRANT a home in which to live and to plead for the opportunity to express my gratitude by serving this great hall. I accept your nomination with a deep sense of humility. I accept, too, the responsibility that goes with it, and I seek your continued guidance and support. The task would be too great for anyone, who does not have the heart and hands of mine. An ...
... agreed that it was probably too late to go wake up the inn keeper so they would just go down and pay him in the morning. After removing the soaking wet clothes they put on thier night clothes and not even five minuites after hopping into bed they were both asleep. That was thier next mistake. Now like most people Doctor Bleed just had to get his drink of water in the middle of the night or or or .......Well thats funny I dont think that he has ever not had his refreshing drink of water in the middle of the night. Oh well, I sure hope he gets it. Like normally the Doctor woke up at about 2:00 A.M., now with the doctor not knowing the house he just took off i ...
... how great life was in India at his boarding school. "We have the best futbol (soccer) field in all of India," he said. "It has an electronic scoring board, and the surface is fluorescent blue astroturf." This was an enormous motivation factor, due to the fact that soccer is my favorite sport. "And the food is delectable," he went on, "They serve chicken curry with juicy vegetables four out of the seven days of the week." I ate chicken curry every chance I got, so this, added to the soccer field, made the school sound fantastic. "The weather is remarkable. The temperature year-round is seventy-five to eighty degrees," he continued with em ...
... to the touch. When I pulled my finger off the fruit of the kiwi, it felt sticky, almost not letting my finger go. Next, I rubbed my fingers over the seeds. They were so close together it was hard to feel one. When I managed to grab one, I noticed how slick it was. It was smooth with tiny bumps that were almost invisible to the touch. My hand was drawn to the core next. The core was spongy and felt like the fruit, smooth and slick. Next, I decided to listen to the sounds a kiwi could make. I pick the slice up, and I dropped it with a loud thump. It almost sounded like water sloshing in your boots. When I picked it back up, it sounded like a sticker bein ...
... I then put the body parts under the planks in the floor," explained the butler. "When we went to the house to check out a scream a neighbor heard, the butler opened the door and was real nice, he let us snoop around the house to show us that nothing was wrong. He said he had a bad dream. Then when he took us into the old man's sleeping chamber he started to get real impatient and started to act weird that is when he confessed the murder to us." explained a detective. "When we took off the planks we saw the dismembered body parts and then we arrested him." said detective Smith. "If it wasn't for that neighbor that heard the scream we would have never known ...
... and only three times on Sundays. I have complained before, but they don't care to what I have to say. Even when the buses come they are always late because the routes are convoluted. It takes hours to get anywhere. The closest commercial area to my house is Park Royal and that is a two hour walk away. There are no small stores and if I want milk, the closest store is in North Vancouver, would you believe. I guess they expect everyone to be so rich, so they can afford a car for every member in the family (think again). Waiting for the buses in the freezing rain or snow is so annoying. If I just had a car, I could jump into my it and drive to Park Royal ...
... Douglass and Olaudah Equiano, we would have never emerged from this dark era in American history. American music is the envy of nations around the world. From Led Zeppelin to Snoop Doggy Dog, American music continues to diversify and grow. American bands develop large masses of followers in nations of all different ethnic backgrounds. From Asia to Germany, American music continues to influence the music styles of the rest of the world. Proud American men and women joined the armed forces to serve the country that they love and protect. These people show what it means to be American. Just as the colonists fought the British for Independence in A ...
... of my society adore her. She has seen parts of the world that no one else has. She has been kicked out of this country many times. The dreams I have after I sleep with this woman are so incredible that it makes me a little crazy the next day. Why do my parents keep bothering me? I can hold my own now. I am mature, I am a man. I do get distracted real easily and my parents keep ruining my distraction, I am upset because of that. I have my own apartment in Santa Cruz, I live in a pardise. California has it all, beautiful beaches, pretty girls, great bars, money, palm trees, and tons of smog. Can't live without it. This girl really is a trip. All the things peopl ...
... gives me such a refreshed feeling—sometimes city life can leave one with a cold emptiness. Hiking through unmarked paths makes me curious to explore the new territory. I often think of Robert Frost’s “The Road Less Traveled” when passing through these sections. Sometimes I sit and observe all of nature’s critters at work: rabbits digging, squirrels playing, and birds chirping. I also enjoy the wonderful views nature has to give. It is absolutely breathtaking: the colors of the flowers in the springtime. Bright yellows, warm reds, soft blues and hushed purples paint the mountainside a beautiful rainbow. I like to write poetry when I’m surrounded ...
