.... it was decided that the pure Christian creed could sacrifice a meager portion and the Jesuits could continue to only add onto the Huron’s beliefs. One obstacle had been overcome but many more were to follow. Perhaps the biggest being the language barrier between the two. The Jesuits were still persistent to learn the very hard language. Many times they would encounter Christian beliefs that not even a word could be developed for in Huron. More and more the Jesuits worked along side the Indians. Each day they were being forced to view these lives led without any type of restraint or standards. Any interjections from the Christian culture ....
