The film that I chose to do an analysis on was “People Vs Larry Flynt”. I decided to evaluate this movie because I had never seen it and I am interested in knowing what my rights toward censorship involve.

This is a very controversial issue because it goes against the first amendment. Who is to say that someone doesn’t have the right to view certain materials.
