Slobodan Milosevic finally has accepted an EU's peace agreement due to
NATO's 79 days' airstrikes. It seems that Kosovo is going back to peace
again. But I doubt it. Could the bombing solve a country's complicated
ethnic conflicts?

when Marshall Tito died in 1980, the Yugoslav Federation became unstable
and some republics wanted to be independent. By 1992 the Federation had
collapsed and nationalism dominated the Balkans again. Conflicts between
different nations broke out sporadically.

leader Slobodan Milosevic cancelled Kosovo's autonomy for Albanians who
constituted the majority population in Kosovo wanted to independent. The
